【冬腌菜杂炒】
材料:冬腌菜,千张,蘑菇,青蒜
调味:酱油,料酒,糖

1. 冬腌菜清洗一下捏去水分,切段备用(叶子可以不要)
2. 千张洗净~切条备用(摆了好多材料图~显摆一下娘亲的刀工)
3. 蘑菇洗净切成比较厚的小块(否则炒后缩水太厉害)

4. 青蒜也洗净切段~蒜白和蒜叶分开放置备用
5. 炒锅内放少许猪油烧热后加蒜白和蘑菇翻炒至蘑菇有些缩水
6. 加入冬腌菜和千张翻炒~

7. 烹入酱油~料酒和糖调味,大火煮开
8. 撒入青蒜叶快速翻炒后出锅~
